The place was impeccably clean and the staff were fabulous. So accommodating and helpful, from before arrival to us checking out. In addition to the fabulous room, the breakfast choice and quality exceeded our expectations. We had been to our daughter's graduation the day before and staying here was the perfect end to a wonderful family celebration!

This is the second time we have stayed at Mill Cottage and we will definitely return. The cottage is perfectly located - in the quaint village of Parbold with easy access to neighbouring towns and cities. The local coffee shop and pubs are great and the walk along the canal is stunning. The cottage itself is maintained to a very high standard. The hosts are very responsive and happy to answer ant questions. They have thought of all finer details making the stay feel very special. We have stayed here both during the warmer Summer months and during Winter and both times it has been perfect each time.

We had a lovely welcome, very friendly and helpful, the garden was spacious and had toys to keep the children entertained and the hot tub was lovely too. There's also a shared play area so it's a great place to stay for a family.

A great getaway what a gorgeous place clean top to bottom massive house big beds and plenty room I travelled with my kids and my mother the kids was none stop having fun the dogs to plenty room to run around they made use of the football nets and the pool table room and the cinemas room in the stables and us adults in the hot tub it was the best weekend we’ve had in a long time we made use of the kitchen the units was labelled so we knew were anything was Prosseco was left for my mums bday as they asked what was the occasion I found this so sweet and it really was such a kind gesture we went to the local pub also and the friendliest people made us feel all so welcome Pet freshly also We really was all so sad to leave we will be back soon Also Patricia was on hand at anything we needed she was the nicest of Landlords I’ve dealt with when booking guest houses Made our stay allot more enjoyable .
