The pod was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, water was hot, there was a heater, the pods are well-spaced for privacy, chairs were comfy, sleepingbags were warm, cider was cold. And it was nice and quiet - close enough to town, but not in the bustle.

Everything. It was a dream. We were so sad to leave. The flat is extremely well-equipped and beautifully appointed. We had a recovery day after about a week of hectic travel, and we built a fire, put some music on, and watched the boats come in and out of the harbor all day. Heaven.

Large room in a great location - we could not have asked for a better spot in Portree. Additionally, we had an amazing view and were able to get in for dinner the night we arrived and it was very delicious. This hotel is right off the water and there are 3 car parks within 100 yards, one of which is completely free if you can get a spot, the others are free after 6pm-8am (you will likely be driving around exploring anyway, so that was not an issue for us!). The staff was helpful.

Staff were wonderful and the room was better than I expected based on the photos. I loved the central sun/dining room. There is a bar on site and it was so wonderful to come back from a day exploring and have a cocktail. Breakfast was top-notch and delivered promptly even with the dining room full. The location was not as central as I expected. We had a car, so we did not attempt to walk to Portree's central area, but it was hilly and looked to be a trek. Not a problem for us at all, it was actually pleasant to be away from the bustle of the central town area, just depends on what you want.
