I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The service at this hotel was exceptional. the rooms were spotless ,very comfortable and clean. and the location was perfect for exploring the city. It’s close to all the main attractions and restaurants. my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely return. What I loved most about this hotel was , location in the heart of nature. Surrounded by greenery and fresh air, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. A truly peaceful and refreshing stay I highly recommend this place

Everything from check-in to check-out was immaculate. I'll start by saying I've never seen a better design for a room. The lighting and arrangment of furniture, bed and bathroom was flawless and funtional. Even to the smallest detail of finding my favorite soap, seeing all the lights, switches and power outlets in the perfect place really goes to show the effort made to make my stay the most comfortable and relaxing I've had. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.

The homeowner warmly welcomed us with wine and chocolate truffles upon our arrival, adding a delightful touch to our experience. The apartment was well-maintained, featuring a terrace that provided a sweeping panoramic view of the mountainside and the Cathedral. Moreover, a convenient grocery store is situated beneath the building. Notably, the owner generously provided wine for our enjoyment throughout our stay and even to take back home.
