Both Natasha and her daughter Alexandra were at the home ready to meet us upon arrival. They are both very kind and energetic. They were available 24/7 with any questions or tips we needed to help us best enjoy the beautiful island of Skopelos. The house suited us well and both kitchens were well equipped. Beautiful location in Skopelos village, no crowds, beach is very close, 10 minutes walk to the bus and ferry, gorgeous hill town to explore, short walks up hills for a great view, grocery stores, fish, fruits and vegetables markets are 10 minutes on foot. Very nice owners. Apartment was cleaned every day. Towels and bedding was changed every other day. Nice balcony to have meals, read your book and etc.

Stamatiou Estate was more than we expected. The room was extra clean and comfortable for two persons. And the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The owners made every extra effort to make us feel safe during Hurricane Daniel and was always present whenever we needed anything. Room was cleaned daily. When we will return to Skopelos, we will stay again on this Estate for sure.

Modern clean and location but most importantly the Staff ! The level of service and willingness to please from booking to arrival was exceptional. Eleni, Gilorgios and Ava were just a few of the names to get a special mention, but all team members were welcoming and courteous.

Probably the best possible viewpoint one could ask for. An amazing spot located right above the beach with a fantastic restaurant right below. The room was new and well kept and came with all the appliances one could need for a little home cooking. The bed was super comfortable as well!
