We had a perfect stay here! Wonderful location, beautiful garden, comfortable room, lovely hosts, next to an amazing beach - everything was so good. The whole place is really well taken care of, quiet, calm, and free of crowds. Nice food at the taverna, too. It was just what we needed. Sfakia is a really special, interesting and beautiful place. We really wish we could have stayed for much longer. We will be back for sure! One small suggestion to the hosts: it would be nice if you could send an automatic message to guests after booking, to have confirmation from you directly (not just Booking), and to give some information about contacting you for questions and arrival. It is just a small extra that calms the nerves of anxious travelers :)

Coral is a world apart. While the rooms are somewhat basic. They're clean and cheerful, and even the mountain view rooms had sea views from the spacious balcony, the whole experience is unique and delightful. The location, a private cove surrounded by lovely beaches and mountain views, the lounge areas and the dining patio by the sea, the delicious and lovingly prepared dishes and daily specials, and the convivial atmosphere among guests made this our most memorable stay in a month long journey through Crete. What a special place.
