Very quiet, not busy area. Next to a top rated restaurant also. Next to one of the best beaches of the island. Even when north/east Winds hammer the island the beach there is relatively calm. Very near the harbour, couldn't be closer!

Emmanouils place was just what we needed! The property is a short drive from the town of Kapsali and Kythira and one of the best beaches we went to on this trip - Chalkos. The property was wonderfully quiet and very spacious. Large room and balcony gave us plenty of room to rest and recharge. The owners are friendly and welcoming.

Loved the outdoor seating areas, this apartment had 2 depending on your preference, sun vs shade. Windows fitted with screens, nice pillow options and a later checkout time. If you are a hiker, this apartment is very close to 2 different trailheads. Parking available if you have a rental car.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The owners are the kindest family, they accommodated both an early check in and a late check out on our day of departure for no extra charge. Plus, they provided our 3 year old with a little medicinal cream to treat a mosquito bite, and treated us like their own family. Oh and breakfast in the morning was delicious, worth the value hands down! Comfy beds and a wonderfully refreshing pool.

Excellent! Very close to the port of Kythera, very spacey, very clean, located exactly on the beach front. At this part of the beach it’s not easy to swim but a little further, at a walking distance, you can enjoy the best, in my opinion, beach of Kythera. The room is brand new (just renovated) with excellent interior decoration and equipment. The staff is very polite, always available to support. Highly recommend!
