Privacy. You get the whole place which is one room on the top (entry) floor which is equipped with small kitchenette area, lounge and small balcony, and middle floor which is a nice spacious bedroom with en suite. Spacious property. Bottom floor is locked up presumably for storage. Two nearby tavernas with amazing fresh fish. We enjoyed Margarita. Also can walk along the coast to Steni Vala. Good air conditioning. Handy big bowl for washing too! Host very communicative and helpful with suggestions of places to go. Lovely view from the windows and side view from balcony.

The location is great, views directly to the sea in a very beautiful and quite area of the island but next to a port with several restaurants walking distance. The balcony is awesome. The host is wonderful, kind and friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful time.

The house has a lovely, colorful garden and a beautiful view of the sea from the porch. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The place is accessible by car, about 20 minutes from the port. Highly recommended for a quiet vacation.

We loved how peaceful it was at Thea Studios. After leaving Patitiri it was blissful to be somewhere so chilled out. 2 minutes walk to lovely restaurants and a small beach to cool off in the sea. Nicely equipped studio with friendly hosts 😊

The hotel is located in very quiet location with marvelous view to Peristera island. Excellent breakfast (additional price) - just go upstairs and choose whatever you want to have. The staff is superb - very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We chose to stay in two rooms with a large conjoined balcony and highly recommend you to do the same. We would love to visit the place again! The stairway of the hotel lead almost directly to the small port of Kalamakia, where you can find 4 tavernas offering excellent fresh fish (and other choices of food, of course). GSM coverage may be very weak or absent in some of the rooms. The WIFI was with excellent coverage and speed, faster and more stable than all of the places we've visited on Sporades this year.

The Studio is located directly on the waterfront and it absolutely idyllic. It is a small fishing harbour with 4 tavernas to the left of the studio (as you look at the sea) and a small pebbly beach to the right. There is nothing else there. The host was very helpful and Anglea (his mother) was there to meet us and clean everyday, she was so lovely. You need a vehicle to access the studios from the port and get around the island to the beaches as it is quite remote but completely worth it and I would recommend to anyone. (You can park on the main road and a short walk down to studio). A visit to thr old town in the evening is also a must!

Everything! This was my 2nd visit and my stay was every bit as good as the last. Katerina and the family are exceptional hosts and the location is magical. Already looking forward to coming back next year :)
