This hotel is amazing, we have just got back from our holiday and trying to book our next vacation here! We would like to highlight the staff, the cleanliness, the location and the value for money. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. We really felt that guests matter the most. Everyone, namely Despina, Maya, Alexia, Mr. Dunga, Mr. Manoulis, the head of the restaurant at dinner, the restaurant staff and the cleaning ladies really try to make you feel the most comfortable possible. All the employees are smiling and ready to help you with any requests, even going the extra mile when needed. I have several food intolerances and they made all the possible and impossible to make sure I could always have plenty of food to pick from. Also the cocktails at the bar were superb let alone the Gyros time for the whole afternoon :D ! Just that is already worth it! The hotel looks and feels much better in real life than in the pictures. We were very positively surprised. Everything was clean and hygienic, the pool is great for even swimming, the location is perfect, Kolymbia is a really nice place for relaxing, Limanaki sandy beach is in 2-minute walking distance from the hotel, the Eucalyptus street (shops) is just by the corner, the nicest beach of Rhodes - Tsambika beach takes max. 10 minutes by bus (from Eucalyptus str). The value for money is just amazing. You pay for 3 stars but receive a 5 stars staff! Just great!!! The hotel and the staff really made our vacation a blast and we are really grateful for that! Thank you very much and we will be back soon! If you see yourself chilling by the pool, sipping your coctails, enjoying the breeze coming from the beach closeby and having all-inclusive for a reasonable price at a beautiful, sunny location even in September, this is your place!

Nikolas and Maria were super kind and hospitable! Nice apartment that has everything you need, for a reasonable price. Great location close to Eucalyptus street and Kolymbia beach. We didn't rent a car but bus stops were around the corner in front of the Atlantica Imperial Resort. Nice little terrace too in front of the house where we could have breakfast outside.

Beautiful modern villa, extremely well fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Good location, close to the beach. The property manager was exceptional, couldn’t do more for us and always on hand if needed.

The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

Truly charming house in quiet area of location. House was very nice designed furbished, very spacious. Owners been nice helping out and with house location. Enjoyed relaxing evening on terrace, grill and overlooking olive tree area.

The accommodation was very nice, cozy and friendly. Manolis is a good man, kind and kind. He prepared a small treat for us, which pleasantly surprised us. We spent two beautiful weeks here, the house also includes a small garden with an outdoor shower, which we often used during hot days. Thank you very much ♥ ️

The welcome we received from Leonidas at Casa di Lusso was very personal. We stayed at No. 7 which had a very stylish interior with a boutique hotel atmosphere. All the rooms are uniquely decorated. Leonidas couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We suggested that bedside lamps would be good and he bought some the same day. We were blown away by the gardens, pool and different seating areas. His mother gave us her home-made marmalade and his father was very friendly. we enjoyed 4 blissful days and would love to return.

the villa had everything we travelled with two children under 2. a Cott was provided and we had constant communication through WhatsApp. outstanding service. the villa was clean and pool was cleaned daily. outdoor bbq was great!
