Our stay was very pleasant and the accommodation was great. While there are trash bins outside, the soundproofing is good, so it was never an issue. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to the main street. We also really appreciated Chris’s recommendations for beaches and restaurants, which made our experience even better. The room was cleaned daily and kept tidy and neat. Many thanks to the staff who took such good care of everything during our stay. It was great that we had coffee is a compliment each day during our stay. It was also a nice touch that toiletries and shower essentials were provided for our use.

"My daughter and I recently enjoyed a 2-night stay at the Neapolis21 Premium Keys , and it was truly a delightful experience. We stayed in a deluxe double room, which was not only spacious and modern designed but also impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, view from the balcony didn't matter to us. You still can sit outside and enjoy coffee or drink offered by stuff. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job, ensuring our room was always pristine. It was centrally located, but still far away from city noises making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and cultural sites within walking distance, and public transportation was easily accessible for further excursions. Excellent WI-FI connection. We had an amazing time at the Neapolis21 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service. We look forward to our next visit!"
