We had a wonderful stay in this little apartment in the hills of west crete. The communication with the owner Tassos was very quick and helpful, he was always reachable. Checking in was super easy, via a key in a box next to the door, and we also got a video beforehand, how to reach the place. It is pretty remote and very quiet, which we absolutely loved after the more hectic and touristic other places we visited, yet in 10-15 minutes by car you reach small villages with restaurants and supermarkets and different beaches. So the perfect location for us! The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. It is very clean, newly furnished and decorated in a very cute way with lots of small, beautiful details and you can see that someone put their heart into making this place homey. We were given a bottle of Raki and fresh fruit as a welcome present, were allowed to use their beach towels and beach umbrella and had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. You have two private terraces with tables for eating and sun beds for sunbathing (where no one around can see you!). The kitchen is simple but efficient, you have a toaster, kettle, coffe maker and fridge, so we had a cold breakfast every da and sometimes salads for lunch. No option for cooking though. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you want the perfect combination of a quiet stay in the mountains while still reach beaches in a short car ride! Big House, enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 teenagers comfortably. The Host Family was wonderful, leaving local produce and treats for us. Properly stocked Kitchenware with a large frig. Strong WiFi. Good size parking space to accommodate 2 cars. Perfect location to visit Elafonissi 17mins away. Great restaurants near by. Very quiet at night. Wonderful large patio to enjoy meals and relax.

Beautiful house, near to Elafonisi beach. Dina is such a lovely person, she offered us cake, raki and jam. We had a pleseant stay to Plokamos house, we hope to return one day!

Very convenient studio. The bed is comfortable, there is a fly net on the window/door so you get fresh air during the night without mosquitos or air conditioning. The lady welcomed us and gave us some home -prepared sweets. 15 min from Kedrodasos and Elafonisi beaches

A beautiful Cretan house, renovated to match today's needs of one's seeking peace and quiet. We had a spacious front terrace. A well equipped kitchen. A very friendly cat. Everything was clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Very neat, tidy, cosy and clean traditional greek house with everything needed provided. Warm welcome from the host. Also biscuits, marmelade and coffee for the morning. We checked in earlier than settled but It was no problem.

Everything!! The view is not to be believed! So beautiful and relaxing! Such a wonderful place to enjoy quiet and peace, but not so far away from the beautiful beaches and other towns. The food at panorama Taverna had been some of the best Traditional dishes we’ve had on Crete.
