This is great estate in great location. You need to know this is small town, where you need car but having this in mind location is a 10 for me. There are 5 places in waking distance where you can teat. Walking distance to nice pebble beach, and 18 minut drive to Falasarna great sandy beach (no point in going to Elafonisi). This place requires from you to rest. and the pool at site is incredible. Great for Georege is fantastic host that cares for you whole stay. One of best booking experiences in life.

The garden was fantastic. Complete privacy. Beautiful view. A big grill. The beach and the taverns (especially sunset fish tavern) ambiente was perfect.

Absolutely perfect stay here. The owner is lovely and helpful. The room was as photos/description state. Very spacious and clean. Our room had a huge balcony with ocean view. Lovely little touches like honey and oil in the room. We loved the tiny town - many great restaurants to choose from. Would love to go back!

Everything about this place was amazing! It was lovely being so close to the coast, we explored the beach and loved looking at all the rocks. The Villa was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and BEAUTIFUL. There were three village cats that came to visit us daily and they were a treat, we loved them dearly!! We even bought them some food and held them! The hosts we're extremely informative about the area and gave us ideas on where to go and what to do for food. The area is secluded and you have to account for the distance you are from other cities. Plan your meals! Especially because places can be closed. We relaxed all day multiple days here. The pool was amazing too. We loved this place and seriously wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back someday!! Plan your washes when you wash your clothes. We hanged dryed ours and it worked fine. It's a very energy friendly place! You definitely want to get a rental car coming to Crete, and be prepared for a bumpy road when visiting Balos. Go there early!!! The path to this hotel is on a curvy mountain side to drive safely. The roads can get narrow. You're able to park right in front of the villa. A few cars go past the house but it was few and far between. Loved being here especially in a less crowded season. We had the beach to ourselves almost everyday. It's a rocky beach though, not a sandy one so be careful. Wear shoes hahaha thank you again for such a lovely and amazing stay. We are grateful for your help and constant availability.

The house was exceptionally well equipped and the view was totally outstanding. Seeing the sunset each evening was magical. Very quiet and picturesque amongst the olive trees. The local beach was virtually deserted and brilliant for snorkeling (think I saw a shoal of juvenile barracuda). We absolutely adored it.

Just perfect, accommodation, sea, awesome sunset, we have found pretty good place for swimming close to the accommodation. Our private blue laguna :-) . Well-equipped kitchen, we don't even have that many appliances at home :-) Large TV with internet.
