Well, Assos is a very place to stay in Kefalonia if you want to visit the northern side of the island. The castle near the village is really nice to explore and the sunsets are always breathing. Cosis Inn is the best place we've stayed in the Ionian Islands - and we come here every year. The hosts are amazing - they told us great things about the island and where to go. They provided the best advices on where to eat and best beaches around. We will surely return if there is availability. Our experience at Cosis Inn exceeded our expectations.

Recently renovated apartment in an old building with typical architecture. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 beds, and a good bathroom, all in tiny space (cudos for the architect). Clean, comfortable and cozy. Great view on the bay and riviera from the balcony. The location is perfect. Equally very close to the local and secluded beach, and to the colorful shops and restorants on the other side. At last and probably best the host and his hospitality, starting with the reception, throughout the stay and to the last day. Warm welcome with cold water and juice in the fridge, coffee, sweets etc. Apartment was maintened every other day (linens, towels, garbage, floor). Totally exceeded our expectations.

Watching the sunset from the property was simply magical and one of the highlights of our trip.
