Finding yourself in Anna and Michalis' (warm, kind, caring hosts who will give you best advice what (not) to do on Crete) house is like winning a lottery ticket. Traditional and at the same time equipped with absolutely everything you might need to live and relax independently and comfortably in a mountain village - this cottage is the perfect shelter from tourism, mass and banality. Picturesquely situated, with a beautiful garden and an olive grove uphill, with a soul and family history, allowing you to feel like you got to the heart of Crete. If you are looking for stunning sunrises, or romantic sunsets, valuable encounter with the locals rather than tourists, an authentic experience of this unique island, breath, or maybe inspiration - book immediately when you see it's available. Ideal for couples. A few tips: you'd better rent a car - it will make getting to the place and visiting villages and tavernas around easier. This is not a mainstream all inclusive type of thing, but a real, traditional house in the middle of hills, so you are a guest of the surrounding nature too:)

Beautiful place, located in a lovely local village at the area of Kissamos, which is the perfect base to visit all the must-see beaches such as Elafonissi, Balos and Falansra. The house is beautiful, big, fully equipped and has a very nice terrace with a spectacular view. The hosts - two locals who live underneath - are just the sweetest. They gave us a local olive oil, cooked a fabulous dinner for us, kept providing us food and local drinks and were literally the kindest. 10/10 - highly recommended!

Villa Chryssi is a very beautiful home in the small village of Koukunara on the hills behind Kissamos. The home is brand new with a lot of amenities (full air conditioning, washing machine, smart tv and internet with WiFi). The kitchen is very well equipped (with full oven, microwave and glass ceramic hob) with the possibility to eat inside or outside. Last but not least there are two big plus: the beautiful pool with falls and hydromassage and the BBQ area with table and umbrella. Moreover there is a breathtaking view from the bedroom balcony!!! Finally Chrissa (the host's daughter) was very kind and helpful, showing us Cretan hospitality and making us feel like family members!!! Hope to see you soon again

We spent 5 amazing days in Giannis's house! We enjoyed this beautiful home, made with so much love and passion for every detail. We loved so much the beauty of the view from the balcony, the silence, the nature and the stars at night. Those pictures will remain in our minds and hearts forever! We were also so happy with the company of the lovely cats living there! Special thanks again to Giannis and his mum Chrysula for the warm welcome and kindness! They gave us a big basket full of home made Cretan treats and fruits. Special thanks also for the home made "mpureki", it was so delicious! <3 We really hope to come back there really soon!

We were overwhelmed when we arrived at this beautiful place up in the mountains near Kissamos. Polyrinia is a charming village. Since it is up in the mountains it is very quiet en from the garden we had a great few of the surrounding mountains. The house is very charming, clean and decorated with so much detail en thought. The garden is exceptionally wel kept en very very nice. There are several sitting areas, so we could chose if we wanted to sit in the sun or shade. I t was a pleasure to wake up in the morning. People in the village are very friendly. You can find a taverna, a shop with very friendly owners and a small café run by an english lady. We would definetly recommend this place!

This is the best place, when you spend your holiday. There is everything what you need. Beautiful views, perfect pool, nice and very comfortable interior.. And Arietta is really kind and helpful host. We will very glad to come there again!
