Great owner great host, very friendly and helpful. gifts from the host: water, honey, olive oil, rakija, jam, cookies and something for breakfast. very tasty. apartment spacious, very clean and all the equipment is new. starting point to some very nice beaches and towns, approx. 30 minutes drive, including argilos plaza (the best to go right behind the rocks where you will find great sand and sea at the calcareous rocks) or beaches next to Makry Gialos

The house is beautiful. It is in the old neighborhood of Sitanos. It is very clean and welcome and keeps many features of the traditional building architecture of the area. The hosts are friendly and welcome and real keepers of the tangible and intangible values/treasures of Sitanos. I will never forget their hospitality and their deep knowledge of the area which they offer with pleasure to the interested traveler. The place is magic. Thank you Maria&Kostas, See you soon again

It was an entirely different experience than staying in a hotel! A great place to relax and feel close to the amazing Cretan nature. Waking up to the birdsong and drinking my tea in the beautiful terrace is a memory that will never fade away! The hosts were very kind, helpful and welcoming. They gave us tons of recommendations for the area which we couldn’t find on our own. In one word: FANTASTIC!

A great place for everyone who wants to experience the real Cretan life, away from the crowds and tourist attractions, although there are also many interesting places around. Beautiful traditional house, prepared with great attention to the needs and comfort of guests by a very nice and hospitable host. We spent four nights there and left with great regret. We really want to come back there, because we have not rested anywhere like this for a long time. We hope we will succeed.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful part of Crete. We have stayed in many villas in Greece over the years and Kalliopi is as good as it gets. Everything is perfect and with no near neighbours we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the villa whilst still only being a 10 minute drive from the beautiful beaches. Our perfect stay was cut short when I became seriously ill. Manos was so kind throughout the process, taking me to hospital in Heraklion, organising our hire car return, sorting our luggage and much much more. We will never forget his kindness. We recommend Villa Kalliopi 100%. Thank you Manos

Amazing view, very spacious with lovely balconies. All that you might need is there. Great shower, darkening blinds. The lovely garden adds a lot of atmosphere. In Addition, the hottest is super nice and helpful.
