We are a family of four with two boys (7&9) and they shared the bedroom and we shared the surprisingly comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Everything is literally outside the front door of the apartment. The lake is 10 second walk, fun activities for the kids (pedal go karts, trampoline, volleyball etc) all within a minute walk and a number of restaurants along the lake front to choose from.
