First of all, the host. Sheelagh with her smile makes you feel welcome from the first minute that you enter her place. She is eager to help you in whatever you need. She provided suggestions and maps to get where you wanted to go. Sheelagh is a great ambassador to her country and her people. It was a privilege knowing her and staying at her place. We even joined her to a Monday evening community cultural meeting with music, songs, poetry and story telling. We really had an authentic Irish experience and we felt very welcome.

Superb location surrounded by sheep pastures. Great owners who also run the pub with really nice food and a great bar. The breakfast was a wonderful start into the day. Room was large and well-equipped. This is one of the nicest areas in Ireland to visit, very scenic and with lots of hikes and sites to see, and this is a great place to stay.

Granville House is the perfect escape; lovely setting, interesting vistas, close to Ballyferriter Village and a small, but nice collection of places to eat. We had originally planned to stay in Dingle, but arrived too late to book into a B&B. Granville House, situated 11 km outside Dingle proved to be a hidden gem. On the Slea Head Drive loop, the setting offers stunning sea and hill views as well as easy access to amenities.

Breakfast and hotel and staff were excellent, unfortunately the location is a bit further away from Dingle than I thought amd getting to and from Dingle in taxi's was costly. Otherwise hotel was excellent.

We liked the cottage since it is traditional over 200 years old renovated holiday house with all comforts of 21st century. Dishwasher and washing machine, power shower. We loved enormous book library as our kids read every evening new book. We really liked privacy and wilderness all around the cottage. Host was very kind and left everything you might ever need for everyday use including fresh scones and hot kettle for hungry tourists.

We had the best time in the cottage with two families. The nature is beyond beautiful and the cottage has everything you need. The host is very friendly. We spend a lot of time in the garden and enjoyed watching dvds by the fireplace in the evening. We really recommend taking a sea safari from Dingle. We saw dolphins, basking sharks, seals and puffins. I really hope one day we can come back.
