Facilities are more than adequate for a family of 4 providing the best of a normal hotel accommodation with a personalised approach. That is all on the owner, Mr Babu Mather, who spends a lot of effort making guests comfortable and hassle-free. The Small kitchenette, washing machine, microwave, and adequate utensils make this a home away from home. Access to streaming service takes care of the entertainment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this enterprise and its owner. Proximity to one of the premier hospitals (Rajagiri) is a decidedly bonus

Very spacious and clean, great value for money. You get three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge kitchen and living room for a great price! It was very clean and comfortable, you have air conditioning in the bedrooms and the host is super nice and helpful. Very happy we ended up staying there!

Location is quiet and nearby rajagiri hospital. Some markets can be reached with a 10 minute walk. It is not in a city center but it is quite good for us as we were there for medicals. you could also order food delivery from a nearby place. Excellent wifi and excellent host.
