Absolute bliss. Everything is absolutely perfect. From food, rooms, facilities and most importantly the staff. To name a few from the restaurant Terra are Ajung, Ronie, Rahul, Prajapati and their team leader Vishwesh. Ritwik at the front desk was just amazing. They offer free trips to Nandi hills sunrise point and what surprised us was the beautifully packed picnic box n coffee that was offered during our trip to Nandi hills. Coming back soon.

Nice place in Nandi Hills. Serene, surrounded with rose gardens. 3 nice doggies, Whiskey, Annie and Jack. Chand Manager, Alaum, Bittu provided us with a very good service. Prasanna Sir the property Manager entertained us with some country music. If you are coming to Nandi Hills, a must place to stay. Perhaps for the rooms they can do some improvements as it is a bit smelly, due to the humidity. Breakfast is superb! Else very good.

Food was excellent. Tasty food and good variety also. Though there were a few more bookings on the days when I was there, no one turned up. Some ways to be found for such cancellations- no initimations at all. Due to availability of rooms, I could also get an upgrade. Excellent staff including Manager, canteen staff and the room maintenance crew.
