The place was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Conveniently located, with grocery stores nearby and Malpe Beach just 1.5 km away. It was easy to locate. The terrace was a great spot to relax and hang out. Sandesh was a proactive and helpful host, sharing excellent food and sightseeing recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

The owner and staff are very kind and welcoming. The place is very clean and free filtered water is provided. Food is available at a reasonable additional charge. The owner gave us very helpful advice on using the public transit before we even checked in. He followed up during our stay to make sure we were finding everything ok. His efforts are appreciated. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful at all times

Been at Udupi for 4 days , this stay is absolute beauty. Has great view of the backwaters and sunsets. The caretaker received us and greeted so well. Also offered us clean and neat rooms with good view as we booked. Hospitality was just great. They offered us some home cooked sea food for lunch and dinner. Neer dosa s for breakfast. We enjoyed angling for a while, caught some fish which later was served to us. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you team for such a wonderful experience

"I had been to Udupi for my daughters NEET PG EXAM, Our stay at the apartment in Udupi was fantastic! It was like a Home. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, across the National highway helped easily to reach my exam centre before time, and also its close to the main attractions and easily accessible for all daily market needs. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall positive experience.
