This was by far the best place we stayed at in Kerala! The entire staff was very kind and welcoming, and it is visible how well they work as a team. The service was excellent, the rooms are spacious, sparkling clean and high quality finishes and furniture, and the entire building is designed with the best taste for architecture and interior design. Congratulations and hats off to the owners! Besides the accommodation, the landscape of the garden is inviting and relaxing, having kept the original trees layout and hence the nests of all kinds of birds that enchant you with their symphony before the sunrise. We had access to the pool in the evening after our arrival and it was very relaxing. There were also some fireflies flying over our heads while swimming. Food was extraordinary! Such unusual flavours we could have never imagined...We had kingfish with curry & lemon rice & aloo gobi masala - simply delicious. We had the privilege to meet the cook herself :) We had great conversations with Joseph, the hotel manager - a kind-hearted person, and also with Ramesh, part of the staff, who was very kind to explain to us different aspects of the Indian culture. Sounds like a fairytale but it actually happened and we will definitely come back here if we get the chance!

We LOVED this homestay. It was in a gorgeous location just a 1 min walk from a stunning quiet beach. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Allappey, relax and go for a swim then this is the place to be. The WiFi was top notch and we could even log into our netflix account on the TV. The staff were incredibly helpful and they provided the most delicious evening meal and breakfast. We just loved it here and I can't recommend it enough.

Very lovely choice for Marari Beach. The rooms and the property are very very well maintained. Everything was super clean and the host and his family are very friendly, polite and took very good care of us. The room has hot shower and AC. They also offer laundry service which was THE BEST😍 When you first arrive, google maps is a little confusing: the first time you can enter through the gate of “Marari Beach Villas”. Marari Beach House is on the same property but on the back side. After check in they will show you their proper entrance and exit. It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach and perfectly located to enjoy the beach AND having some time out away from the heat. The garden and surrounding of the room are blooming and you can relax in the hammocks. It’s like a little beautiful jungle. (Bring mosquito repellent for sunrise and sunset time ;-)) They also provide breakfast and dinner. The breakfast option is VERY convenient, bc the restaurants and shops here open a bit later (around 11:00). It’s perfect for a quick visit or a long term stay. We loved our stay!

We loved everything. The location is great, close to the beach and a short drive to the alleppey backwaters. The premises are beautiful and clean. Our room was big and had a great interior design. The room smelled wonderful! The food was very delicious and well priced. Especially the chicken dish with the long name :) Staff is very friendly. Sharun from the reception is the simply the best! He could help us with anything (e.g., organizing a shikarra and providing recommendations) and made us feel very comfortable. His friendly smile will be missed! We totally recommend a stay here.
