Excellent!! I was a bit skeptical at first as my parents ( senior citizen ) went alone there and Menuka and the entire team at Dungmali Heritage took really good care of them and kept me updated as well. We loved it here! Not only was it the most comfortable and clean place we stayed in India . But the best part was Samir and his family they are so kind they took care of everything. The views from the terrace are beautiful and the food they cook is delicious. Such wonderful people, you should definitely stay here :)
