The owner was very informative and continued to keep communicating to make sure our stay was pleasant, also shared information on surrounding. Property is huge and very spacious. Well equipped amenities. If you looking for a place to spend quality time with your family and friends, this is the place! Pushpa- the property manager was also helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The cook also made us very tasty dinner on request at a reasonable price! Our overall stay was excellent!

I booked a room here on short notice after another hotel nearby botched my reservation by overbooking. Although it is a residential building, it is run more like a hotel. I booked an apartment room with a shared kitchen and living area but had it all to myself since the other guests checked-out at night. The room was spacious, had aircon and a private bathroom. But, there's just one reason why this property has such a high rating on booking.com: it's the concierge service they provide. It's on par with something you might expect from a luxury hotel in London.
