The room we booked was unavailable and on the top floor too. I was travelling with my kids and parents and they were considerate enough to give us a room on first floor and near the elevator. The staff was very helpful and took care of our all needs. They helped in navigating the place too. The hotel is very near to Panchmukhi Hanuman temple.
