Very cozy and comfy hotel near the Aga Khan Palace. The Hotel is modern and very clean with specious rooms. Room has small kitchen area with chimney, fridge and microwave. Bathroom is neat and clean with dressing area. Stayed at the 2nd floor and the view is good from the room. Staff is polite and attends quickly. A big TV is provided in the room. and wifi is complimentary. Breakfast and food is tasty.

Staff was the best receptions and the restaurant for breakfast it’s worth it . But the cleanliness I got some blood stain in the pillow I called but they responded and didn’t even bother to check with my call for change of linens

Highly recommended. I travel for work and always seek this property. The place is well maintained, hygienic (very important criteria for me), rooms are spacious, it has parking facility and decent wifi (except during rains). No complaints.

pros: 1.The hotel staff is very polite and very helpful.checkin was smooth. they accept credit card payments. 2. The main building has Special 1BHKRoom,the second building has the deluxe room which i had booked. 3.There is no lift in adjacent building.But i see it as a blessing.You don’t need lift to climb a flight of stairs for 2 floors. 4. i ordered veg thali for dinner. reasonably priced and very delicious.Quantity of food is more than enough for 1 person. 5.Room was neat and clean. Geyser working very well .Hot water is available. toiletries like shampoo,soap , towel is provided. 6. AC and TV is also there in the room. 7. bed is very comfortable and good quality. for a solo person , perfect value for money. thank you to the staff at Fab Hotel Sky Vista homes.
