Everything was super super clean. And the food!!! Amazing. Thank you chef!! We never went hungry. Locally produced and sourced food. Coffee can never go wrong in Italy. Wine selection and pairing is good Wonderful church bells ringing, and kind warm people. Language spoken was mostly Italian, but it was easy with Google Translate. Arrivederci!!

Very easy to reach by bus , it just in front of the station is a very quiet area and good located. staff was very helpful and easy to communicate .room was clean and tidy with everything you need , it was big enough for 2 , bed was comfy .they have a very good breakfast and you can have also a delight dinner at the restaurant with typical products from the area.

The location was perfect, quiet place, close to QC Terme and the center of the town. The room was warm and really comfortable, the lights and atmosphere was also great. Francesca gave us clear instructions for an easy check-in and we met her father too, who was so helpful and kind! They offer great advices in what to do in the area, sadly we only stayed for one night and couldn't explore much, but I would recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat and we will definitely stay here when visiting in the future.

I booked the hotel for my wife who wanted to stay at the San Pellegrino thermal spa for a week. She was enthusiastic and video-called me several times showing a beautiful and large room and and the surroundings. Very collaborative and friendly all the personnel. Excellent the restaurant at the hotel and the cafeteria, serving delicious breakfasts
