The breakfast was outstanding. The dinner we had was also lovely. It is a very nice place to stay -- super cute and modern with a lovely view of La Spezia. It was a little hard to find and it is a hike from the train station but that's what makes it so enchanting.

Apartament located uphill from La Specia. House that despite being still on a city causes that you feel like being in quiet village. Delicious breakfasts served everyday morning make that IT is not a problem for you to go down 15 minutes to train station to visit 5terre. We have room for family 2+1 and our daughter jad a seperate single room which was also very comfortable. Room also have a big balony from where every evening we could observe La Specia going to sleep.

Its an amazing property with a feel of modern and vintage touch. Diego, the host is an amazing person and can go to any extent to help us. Restaurant next to the property but no groceries store around surround.

This is the BEST apartment in La Spezia, I traveled from Dubai to there, with late arrival train. The owner contacted me in advance and confirmed he will pick me up in the train station. He waited me in the night and helped me with luggage without asking him for help. He briefed me how to go to Cinque Terre and nicely introduced the places to visit and what I need to prepare. Especially he mentioned 2 groceries nearby with opening hours which was super useful, I bought the food, milk I need. The apartment is very clean and nice, very safe for solo traveler. I didn’t expect they have kitchen and moka pot!! This made me to get fresh coffee during my stay. The owner speaks fluent English and he sent me to the main road when I left there. The owner and the apartment made me love La Spezia!

The room looks moderns and new. Well decorated, light and clean. The coffee machine is perfect. We forgot to book the breakfast for the first day, but the guy was really kind with us and let us have the breakfast anyway (sweet option). They were also really kind giving us amazing restaurant options around the area.

Wow! It was best stay in Italy ever :D seriously. Rossella (host) is a kind and helpful person! And she sent us instruction for check in in our language, it was cute. Apartment is located near train station and is a perfect start to visit Cinque Terre. Room was really clean, quiet and comfortable. Private bathroom had enough space, comfortable shower, hair dryer and clean (I mean REALLY clean) towels and a robe. Bed was wide enough and very comfortable to rest after all day of walking. In the room we had a small fridge with fresh water and a few snacks. Breakfast was in the near cafe: cappuccino and two pastries per person. Tasty :) I can totally recommend this place to stay. Especially if you're a fan of cats! :)
