Amazing host! Carlo was so professional and welcoming! He recommended great local restaurants. House was super clean and had all necessary amenities. Delicious coffee, washer and dryer, and great blow dryer! House had air conditioning!

This farmhouse is in a beautiful location with fantastic views of Casperia and other medieval hill towns. Franco and Rosella were so kind and generous with their time and even made a special meal for us on our last night. My daughter loved the two friendly dogs, Pepe and Zara. Olive groves, fireflies and a spring fed swimming pool made this one of our favorite stays in it to through Italy.

The house is very spacious with three bedrooms and a large lounge. It is a great place to relax with a great view from the terrace. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need for cooking. One thing we particularly liked was the fact that this place is a home and it feels that way with lots of interesting books and photos.

Lovely B&B, stayed overnight as we were attending a family wedding nearby. The staff & owner went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nice sized room absolutely spotless and big soft bath towels. Lovely breakfast , great selection of coffees and a brand new coffee machine to enjoy cappuccinos. There is a small library and nice sitting room to enjoy a good read on rainy days. Would definitely stay again.
