If you're lucky enough to find a room (he's often sold out), just take it. One of the best surprises to see fully renovated rooms with AC, super clean bathrooms and a homemade breakfast with meats, focaccia and drinks. Free parking was also appreciated.

The view was amazing! The location was ideal, a bit out of the busy city. Perfect to unwind and relax. The owners were nice and gave us good information about the property and surrounding area. Small hillside villages in walking distance, beautiful nature all around.

The hostess Alessia is extremely helpful and kind. She picked us up at the Le Spezia station when we reached late night because our earlier journey got canceled. She also helped us with the bus timetables and tips regarding our visit to Cinque Terre. The property itself was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities and supplies. The location is also nice. It was 5 mins walk from the bus stand and 20 mins by bus to La Spezia Central.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house with details of history. The location is great, easy access to La Spezia, from which you can reach other places of interest along the Ligurian sea. The owners are super friendly and hospitable. They provided a lot of practical tips for our trip. We really enjoyed our time there, not only in the house, but also sitting in the garden with the two cute dogs waiting to be pampered :-). Pity that our vacation is too short, hope there will be another opportunity to come back!

The location was in the mountains 10 minutes out of La Spezia, in a village with 40 people. The house was 400 years old. Very rustic! Alberto was a most gracious host, warm and friendly. Wonderful, quiet place to stay while visiting the Cinque Terre region!!
