The accommodations and location were beautiful, there were many amenities that we loved (like a complimentary selection of fresh local coffee beans), as well as convenient add-ons that were reasonably priced (like a BBQ and home made pizza dough). The host was very helpful and friendly, and spoke fluent English, which made everything easy! Our daughter loved the swing set and flowers.

    Gabo and Yuko were the best host we have encountered in our trip this time. Gabo may look burly but has such gentle mannerism. And he’s an excellent chef - try the ravioli ! Yuko was always ready to offer assistance and advice. They readied new e-bikes and helmets for us free! We cycled everywhere around kiryu which was so much fun. Train station is a short walk from okiya.
