The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff checking in were wonderful and helped us ship our bags and answered all the questions we had. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The onsen was amazing and beautiful. We also tried the brick baths and those were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very beautiful and luminous Japanese-style house in residential area of Kyoto. It was bigger than on the pictures with two bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs were the living room (with heated flooring), kitchen area and bathroom. The personnel was very helpful and brought us more towels when we needed. Walkable distance from Kyoto station (15-20 min), 5-10 minutes from bus stops and train stations.
