Hotel was clean and centrally located. Staff were exceptionally well mannered and helpful. There's a parking garage/elevator with unlimited in and out privileges. The hotel breakfast buffet was exceptionally good for the price and offered many local products and dishes.

Modern room, very clean, great central location and friendly staff. I did not eat there but the restaurants looked good, although maybe a little expensive.

Enough big rooms. It is Clean everywhere. lemon air at entry. Good air-conditioning system in room at summer time. Large bathroom. In addition, they helped me very operatively to deliver my ipad, which I forgot during stay.

Easy to find, excellent communication for sending messages about the info to enter the building & our room, and they responded to all of my questions. It is really convenient to go to Tomari Port & the neighborhood had a nice, chill vibe with lots of supermarkets and convenience stores. The room was very clean and the shower had the perfect pressure.

Great location- quiet residential area, close to both train station and the big bus terminal, as well as supermarkets and Daiso. I stayed in March when the weather wasn’t too hot and even Kokusai Dori was easily walkable. Room was very clean & staff were friendly. Washer and dryer were super helpful.

Jacuzzi is nice, bathrooms in rooms are roomy, water pressure is great, water dispenser on each level to fill up water bottle or pitcher provided in room, free amenities placed in room, free luggage storage, staff helped with bringing bags up to room when we struggled (we had a party of 5 and we had several other bags to hold), about 10 minute walk to Yuirail station, close to Kokusai dori street to go shopping

EVERYTHING! We were a party of 4 and used this as our pre-cruise hotel for 2 nights. My husband and I are from Hawaii, recently relocated to Okinawa and HUGE fans of Naha. We were hosting another couple and wanted to show them around Naha prior to jumping on the cruise with them, so booked this 2-bedroom apartment SAME DAY and were amazed at how blessed we were to find this beautiful place! The fact that everything had a Hawaii theme made it even more special, but let me tell you, Ann and her husband have put their heart and soul into making this the most well-equipped, CLEAN and amazing hotel/apartment that we’ve stayed in on Okinawa, and we’ve stayed at a lot! They thought of everything, and we cannot help but send out a huge MAHALO for making us feel welcomed and taken care of!
