Everything! The hosts were friendly and helpful, they even recommended new spots to visit! The room was spacious and there were nice common areas, everything was super clean and the area around the house is beautiful. The house it’s a bit far from the station but they can pick you up and drop you there by car. It was a great stay!!! 100% recommend :)

Loved our stay here! Rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and the ‘shared’ shower is actually a private shower room which you can select a time slot for so as not to not overlap with other guests. The shared lounge and kitchen space were also great, and the property just felt very relaxed. It was also super close to the bus station and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at Kihachikan with my family for a weekend ski trip and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully designed and decorated with a mix of Japanese and western style that is both elegant and cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better, as it's just a short walk to the gondola and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. One of the highlights was the warm and friendly welcome from the host. Throughout our stay, our host Robin was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations in the area. I definitely want to come back again next time we visit Nozawaonsen and would highly recommend Kihachikan to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay when visiting the area.

The cottage was very clean with lots of amenities; the dryer particularly came in handy. The cottage also supplied bath towers which was really nice. Awesome view of the mountains around the area. The little garden for the BBQ was really nice. Very nice to hang out in the living room / kitchen area - very comfortable for us and our dog.

Well appointed apartment in a convenient location, just a 7 minute walk from the Nagasaka Gondola. This was our 3rd time staying at Iroha this season and we'd love to come back again next season. The service of the Stay Nozawa group was amazing! They helped us with our luggage sending and receiving and were super accommodating overall. Thank you for the wonderful winter of skiing!

Location: Could not have asked for a better location to ski slopes and a very easy access to the main village. Lots of dining options around. Comfort: Wonderful property, we stayed at the family room with the Mountain View and it was comfortable and roomy for all of us (4 people). Great views, great AC, TV, small kitchen, separate living and bedroom areas. Laundry for a nominal fee and dry room to store ski gear after the day on the slopes.
