Parking was plentiful and easy to access. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the apartment was nice (we weren’t just looking at another apartment building).

Very well equipped. (Washing machine, dryer, cleaning equipment, big fridge). We had a week long conference at KINTEX, which was a 10 min. walk away. Host was always quick in answering questions (in Korean so you need to paste the text into papago or google translate)

The front desk was very helpful and we were very pleased that they could help us in English due to the language barriers. Great location, subway (train) station was close by (walking distance). Comfortable room, nice size and FABULOUS shower! The onsen on the extention of the room was definitely a plus. Mahalo from Hawai'i!!

I wish I could of stayed here longer! The hotel was amazing and the staff were great help. I didn't get to use the extra facilities because I was only staying a short time. I wish I did now tho!

The staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. The property was beautiful, modern and spotless. The room was large and extremely clean. The location was so convenient, next to several train lines making it easy to get to all the sights in Seoul. Also very easy to travel to the hotel from the airport using the AREX train and metro. On our flight out of Seoul, we opted for the hotel to arrange for a hotel van with child seat, very easy! I would gladly stay here again!
