Maru house is really a gem - from the humble outside of the building you would not expect such a clean, beautiful and homey place. The host has prepared everything to make our stay comfortable. There were snacks, hygiene products, new toothpaste, slippers, pajamas, even cameras for taking polaroid selfies! You literally just need to bring yourself. There are three bedrooms, all equipped with comfy and clean beds. Electrical appliances abound, including rice cooker and tea maker. I could have stayed in the house the whole day, just relaxing! The location is not very close to the city centre, but near Seoul National University. Hence the area has an array of convenient shops and affordable eateries popular among students. A 7-11 is literally downstairs, plus a great Kimchi jjigae, a pork barbecue, and a grilled eel restaurant all within 5 minutes of walk. The Shillim line will take you to the Noryangjin seafood market from where you can transfer to the city centre. I would like to thank the host for such a wonderful place and very thorough and considerate service.

First of all, the location was perfect! The hotel is located close to the Dangsan subway station, which makes getting around the city super easy! Secondly, the room was perfectly laid out. It felt homy, comfortable and the bathtub 🤩 amazing! Thirdly, the staff were super friendly and very helpful!
