Breakfast was good Staff very welcoming

First to start with the location, its in the center of zahle and close to everything; mini markets, restarurants, pubs, and all types of shops. Also close to the popular berdawni area. All are within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel management and staff were super nice and friendly. The value for the price paid was excellent.

Loved everything about my stay and wished I had stayed longer ! The hotel is amazing : spacious rooms, comfortable sleep, the decor is warm and charming with stones and wood. A very relaxing vibe, with the sound and view of the river flowing on the property. The staff is very helpful and Elie has been very gracious in helping out taxis etc. I ate the best foul, hummus and omelette ! Thank you so much ! I’ll be back !

I had a very comfortable stay at Chtaura Park Hotel. I booked the hotel during the escalation in Lebanon, and throughout my stay I found it to be very secure, well managed, and welcoming. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the breakfast service. The hotel offered a good variety of breakfast options, delivered directly to the room, with the flexibility to customise the meal according to personal preference. This added a great level of comfort and convenience. The reception staff were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. I would particularly like to highlight Bashar, who was outstanding. He was always available to assist, welcomed guests with a smile, and made every effort to create a warm and homely atmosphere. The room service staff also provided excellent support. They were consistently available, attentive, and maintained the room to a very high standard of cleanliness. This was my first visit to Chtaura Park Hotel, but it will certainly not be my last. It has now become one of my favourite hotels, and I would gladly recommend it to others.
