So calm and silent and highly recommend for a person who wants to be relaxed. And you feel like you are so close to the nature. Within short distance - Ridigama Ridi viharaya and Rambadagalla Moneragala Temple.

The location of the place is fantastic, surrounded by mountains in the jungle. It's a 100% recommended stay! The owners were extremely helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements and welcoming us with tea and biscuits. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a lovely dinner made with fresh produce from the garden. The entire experience was wonderful, and we plan to come back for a week next year because there's so much to do in this village. You get a feeling of belonging, and it truly feels comfortable, like nowhere else I've been—such a homely atmosphere. We spent an amazing three days exploring the wild nature, with two recommended hikes to a hilltop temple and through the forest with spice trees. The charges for the hikes were reasonable, considering the time spent with the villagers and the beauty of the country. Our host also showed us beautiful surrounding areas and helped with arrangements to buy spices. The place is eco-friendly, allowing you to connect with nature, experience wildlife, and enjoy a freshwater pool without any chemicals. The owner's commitment to environmental friendliness is commendable, spending hours cleaning the pool without using chemicals. Hats off to them for being environmentally conscious! Oh, and if you switch off the lights at night, it's pitch black, and you can see all the stars. The whole experience was wonderful and magical, and we plan to come back.
