This family is very authentic and take care of you with their heart. They made sure that we had all we needed and even more. Very delicious food was cooked for us and we really felt like home. The house is 100m from the beach and on the balcony you can just sit for hours enjoying the silence and watch the wild birds and monkeys.

I had a very warm welcome with a huge pot of tea. The host helped me with everything - bus to Deniyaya and after I came back to him he also helped me with continuing my journey to Colombo. The breakfast was very good but always a bit too much unfortunately. When you have already been feeling full, they came with more to eat. But hey maybe another one can do this ^^. An ATM and the bus station are also nearby.
