We booked our accommodation here at the last minute, as we left another local hotel in disgust at the poor hygiene. The Regal Rose Luxury Apartments far exceeded our expectations of what we have experienced in Sri Lanka so far. The hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. The tea on arrival was just what we needed. The breakfast was fantastic and catered exactly to our requirements. The water pressure was fantastic and the hot water was so hot. This accommodation is a real gem in Nuwara Eliya. The owner called us from Australia upon making the booking to check out requirements. It was great to have someone understand cleanliness and provide us with a clean and comfortable stay. Prasad the manager is a natural at customer service. Ishan thank you mate. Owners are very friendly.The rooms are spacy , comfortable and very clean. The view is also beautiful. A very good place for a family or a group of friends to stay. It is near the seetha amman kovil. You can request for milk tea or plain teas and outside food are allowed. I highly recommend this place.
