The hotel was great! It is in the middle of the nature so that you are close to nature. The lake with its many bird species is also great. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We were included in the evening cooking. And the breakfast was unforgettable and typically Sri Lankan! To top it all off, he recommended the Silver Temple to us and organized a private tour. Thank you for the unforgettable and unfortunately far too short time!

First, we like the people, so kind and helpful wanted to make our stay as best as they can. After, we loved the location, the surrunfings are stunning, green lush vegetation, a palm trees forest, beautiful amenities. We had the full board and we totally loved the food, good options. Rivendell Twisted Tree offered the perfect hideaway from Colombo. Being based in the middle of beautiful nature with a river passing, a nice pond and surrounded by palm trees, cows and peacock the release of stress starts immediately. To top this we got a massage, which was smoothly arranged for us. Absolutely relaxing and exactly what was needed for my parents after a long flight - definitely highly recommend to book it directly with your stay. Room, pool and food were excellent as well.
