The architecture of this hotel is absolutely beautiful! The pool and surroundings, the grounds, the room, everything! On arrival they upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful large balcony and very large room and walk in shower. The staff were always so kind and helpful and smiley! They have a shuttle bus that goes to the Medina for 30 dirham each in the day or 50 at night which was so good! Just book it half an hour before you want to leave. The food at the hotel at breakfast, lunch and dinner was just brilliant! I took my partner here for her 30th and booked 4 excursions during our stay and had a chilled day around the pool too! A lovely experience visiting Marrakesh and would definitely come back again! Honestly don’t have a bad word to say and could write so much more!

Lachen and Rachid are super hosts, shirt off their back type of people. Every request we made has meet with an “of course” and a smile. Not being in the Medina was a nice change of pace, the Riad was very peacefull and clean and the best beds we slept on in Marrakech, well worth having to commute by taxi. The taxi driver was a very nice guy aswell. Breakfast was super nice too, if i ever return to Marrakech, this is the place I’m staying

The host was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful! We arrived (delayed) just before midnight and he stayed up to welcome us and even prepared breakfast before we had to leave for the airport at 6.45am (there was an extra hour due to the change to summertime, but still). He also communicated with our taxi driver. The place looks like the pictures and everything is clean and brand new. It is close to the airport (about 10 minutes). Note that for us, ordering an airport transfer with "booking" was half the price of calling a cap directly.
