The owners are brilliant, so kind & welcoming and amazing hosts. They live nearby so any issues were attended very quickly - as good as a 5 star hotel in terms of hospitality and service. They provided a welcome pack with many basic items (egg, sugar, salt, oil ect). The property in itself is great! A gem of a place!

Everything was impeccable. Welcoming Host and very helpful. Room cleaning service provided .All facilities were available as expected: wifi, kitchen ,bed rooms, air conditioning .parking etc. Quiet environment less than 1 minute walk to Bras Deau Beach. The Bras Deau Nature park just behind the appartment. Very well located for a peaceful stay. Sunshine Fusion Restaurant just 50 metres and no need to worry about quality food. Overall everything was EXCELLENT and would highly recommend SUNSHINE RESIDENCE.

The property has a private garden that is drop-dead gorgeous! It attracts lots of birds which were a pleasure to watch while we ate breakfast on the terrace in front of the garden (which also has a commanding view of the name sake treehouse room). Yannick and Benjamin were kind, friendly and gracious hosts. Benjamin was very accommodating in that he told us about his daughter's hydroponic fish farm and when I expressed interest he took us out to visit the farm and gave us a tour! For meals out nearby there is the local "Snack" that is called Marantha Snack, but is known locally as simply "George's", and they prepare really good curry and local dishes and desserts. It is worth a visit (or 2 or 3!). I would definitely return to this hotel (and George's!) in the future trips to the island.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and tastefully presented. We had access to all facilities including shops and restaurants in the village and sauna and gym access. The gym is well equipped with quality equipment and we didn't find it overly busy. Would definately recommend this particular apartment and will stay again when I next visit.

Is near beach 🏖️ the pool is amazing Is nice place very calm to relax and if you don’t want go outside of the resort .. have a coffee around with nice Food 😋🤤
