Very nice hotel with a patio and pool. Location is safe, in a main street where you can find many other hotels. The staff was very useful and friendly. They let us arrive before check-in to leave our luggage and make use of the hotel's facilities

Dona Laura the owner and her husband were wonderful. Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

During our 3 nights stay we loved: place's tranquility, Ahidel & Harry (hosts) hospitality, tasty breakfasts (fantastic bread, mandarin juice), super clean room with very comfortable king-size bed. Additionally, Harry arranged for us a hustle-free Chichen Itza personal guide trip and provided a ton of very useful information and recommendations about the local attractions. Overall our experience with Blue Eco Lodge exceeded by far our expectations.

We had a lovely time staying here. The hotel and grounds were very relaxing. The room was a big and the bed was comfortable. Mario and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to town. The back gardens were beautiful and we even saw a small flock of wild parrots fluttering between the trees. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone asking.

Excellent location in the middle of the city so it has a lot of restaurants and shops around (we didn't get disturbed at night). They have free parking either on the street or behind the hotel. Staff is super helpful and you can reach out via WhatsApp at any point. Breakfast isn't included but you get a voucher for the cafe next door.
