Room was quiet and lovely view of the canal, speed boats on right and mountain range on left. Just outside in the garden is a green house. There was a small local market like set up by local Omani Ladies displaying their cuisine, arts & crafts. Walk out and you can see a huge Lulu hypermarket suitable for all, you can purchase meal or even sunscreen if forgotten. Main attraction of the property was the Omani cultural touch given to the property and the different birds chirping around. Khasab Castle is also at walking distance.

A true example of Excellent Omani hospitality! The Receptionist were AMAZING. Very professional, polite & friendly and helped us with a booking cancellation etc. and refunded without any fuss. The rooms were spacious, and comfortable with all the required amenities in the heart of the city. The morning breakfast was good too and nice courteous staff. Will book again without a doubt! Huge spacious clean apartment, more than enough for our 4 person family. Very nice facility and exceptionally kind staff. We had a great stay and location was very convenient for our boat trip the next day. Also close to a good restaurant at the gas station. Beautiful views of the water and mountains as well from our room.
