The location was excellent. Across the street from the shopping center was a perfect location for shopping and restaurants. Also, there was a taxi stand across the street at the shopping center so getting a taxi was easy.

The property and house is very “homey”, clean, comfortable, and complete with all amenities; perfect for family travelers. The owner and staff are especially hospitable and nice. They’re very engaging and patient with our requests. Most importantly, we felt safe during our whole stay there, we were able to bond and have without any worries.

Clean rooms, towel provided, toilet paper available, hot water shower, kettle, fridge, kitchenette (outside the room (but attached) - can be used as smoking area), quiet reliable Wifi, comfy beds, very, very good AC, good instructions for sightseeing, no fuss check-in/check-out. Location also very good: not on the main road, but many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Sights are 10 minutes away (or 20-25 Peso tricycle ride).
