This venue is so beautiful. The staff spoke fluent English and was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. The male staff member who was serving us breakfast as well as food in the restaurant was really professional and always smiling. We felt very comfortable and looked after during our stay. We needed to do a stopover on our way south to Slovakia but did not want to stay in Cracow. The hotel was the ideal solution - located in Cracow neat and quiet suburbs yet to close to the motorway. We paid what I consider great price to quality ratio, the breakfast was fine. Spacious and quiet rooms, there's some fitness amenities and the pool but I didn't use it. Overall was very surprised to find a place like this.
