The host was very kind and hospitable from the get-go, even before we got there she offered to wait for us with dinner. Once there, we loved the crispy cleanliness of the bed sheets and towels, the warm carpet, the nice accents in the room, everything nicely put together. It was "somebody's countryside home", offered now for renting. Be advised it was not purposely built for renting, so don't expect a hotel like experience. On the other side it's a fantastic occasion to be immersed in a mountain village experience, without trading on comfort and access to modern facilities (asphalt road access, broadband internet, centralised heating, etc). The house itself it's in the middle of a generous orchard, the village life sorrounds you without being agressive, it's an "active silence" offering a sense of confort and peace. Ms Julia, the house keeper, is an open minded lady, who can further introduce you to the local experience, she brought us fresh milk and house made sweets.
