Family hotels and homes in Dushanbe

an amazing experience! Erkin makes sure that you feel at home and helps you with everything you need while staying in Tajikistan (from tours, to transport, to tourist tips), the best part is that even a few months before when I originally booked the room we already talked a lot about this, the hospitality already started that early! We also had great conversations about our lifes and also his business. He is a very hard working man who does the best he can for his guests and his family. He tries to keep improving the guest house as much as he can and I am happy that everything I expected from this place was not only met, it was even better. The room was very comfortable with good working air conditioning and quality beds. There are fridges and watertanks on each floor so that you always have free drinking water ar your disposal and can keep your own food & drinks cold and unspoiled. The bathroom is shared with 2 other rooms and is always kept very clean. All the extra services were great, both the breakfast and dinner had great variety, tasted delicious and portionwise were really big. I also used their laundry service which was affordable and done properly. A nice added touch was the fact I was offered some watermelon on arrival as a gift. The family works hard to make these services as good as they are! The location was a bit outside of the city center but taxis could get you there within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and is located in one of the nicer parts of Dushanbe. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby if you want to eat out! Overall, this has definitely been the best accomodation of my trip in central Asia and I'd say I would return to Dushanhe just to stay here again, maybe next time we can organize some other tours. Very good located apartment on Ayni street. The breakfast is good and they keep it very clean. Fakhriddin was very friendly and tried to help with any request or issue I had during the stay!

The staff. Especially the guys in the reception. They are very accommodating. Room is spacious.

Best service ever, from the pick up on arrival with a brand new EV to the upgraded room and the excellent restaurant and lounge with snacks and hot drinks 24/7, the guys at the reception counter were just beyond amazing making everything work like magic, hats off! I wouldn't go anywhere else on my next trip

We had arranged a late-night check-in, and the host was already there waiting for us when we arrived — super thoughtful and reliable. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area. It was a smooth experience from start to finish, and we felt very welcome.

The host was super friendly and helpful! They sell Tcell sim cards at the reception, there's laundry free to use, they can arrange a transfer to Iskanderkul lake if you want, the included airport transfer was convenient, and they also helped provide a paper document for the OVIR registration. The rooms and bathroom were clean, hot water was great, and the breakfast spread was amazing! We liked the place so much we stayed here again on our way back. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, the main Rudaki park area is about a 40min walk away
