Everything was amazing 🤩. it was a great experience and cosy flat in a nice area . clean and neatly led out . the host was very helpful. Mr Sahel provided extra services including a tour of the area with his own car. was happy for a late check out . effective communication. the flat has almost everything you need for a quite stay . the view is outstanding from level 16 which is right in the middle of the building. the left is supper fast . the building is highly secured for peace of mind . I would highly recommend this property for quite and cosy stay in Istanbul to other customers. I would like to thank Mr Sahel for everything and will definitely be happy to stay in the flat again. thanks 🙏

The host was there all times and gave me very welcoming reception, himself provided everything i requested to make me feel comfortable, clean bed sheets and clean towels provided in advance, the hospitality was incredible, and the owner is gentle person to make friendship with, he worth be one of the top nice people in Turkey, speaks many languages and the most important, he smiles for god sake, which is rare to find, the apartment was very nice, well furnished and you can make you own food ( cooking) . nice and cozy, close to the Metrobus and beach ( corniche ), may grocery and vegetables shops, and the price was unbelievable, super affordable and definitely cheaper than hotels. i would like to repeat this experience again.

Everything was super bad, rooms are super small, dirty bed and sheets. There was no hot water because the boiler was not working, and the person who hosted me on the beside the main dore was Druk. I highly recommend you not visit
