The contact with the owner was very easy. The house is large as expected, in very good condition. The shared pool was very nice ans very clean. 5 minutes drive from the beach.

We loved the villa and the location was great. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach where there were several bars and restaurants. We hired a car and were in easy driving distance of Ephesus and Kusadasi town and beaches. My 9 yr old daughter loved the local cats and would get up early each day to feed them in the garden. (They're everywhere in Turkey but if you don't feed them, they'll soon go away).
