The owners are absolutely amazing. They keep the place extremely clean and are very genuine people. We are from the US so there’s a huge language barrier but they helped us sort out scooter rentals and even drove us back to the ferry port after our stay! Amazing place with great people, highly recommend.

5 star facilities for families traveling with young children. Great pool area, children’s playroom, laundry area, and room views. Conveniently located nearby many local food options, the department store and duty free, and the Go Star challenge obstacle course. Service was friendly, efficient and helpful. Most importantly it provided my 3year old boy a happy memory. He said he didn’t want to leave Penghu and the hotel afterwards at the airport.

Cindy was a wonderful host, helping us get to and from the airport. The property is so much fun to explore - each room is unique and the building was custom designed. There are so many details to enjoy throughout the property, from the plants and fountain in the kitchen, to the traditional Chinese Medicine bath balm included in the room.

Green Hotel is located in Magong, only a 6-minute drive from Central Old Street. Guest can use free bicycles to explore around. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in the whole building.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, far above most hotels I've stayed in before. They were very helpful in handling a lot of the logistics of this trip, including by providing us with a shuttle to the port, help us find a car rental, recommend restaurants and help us buy souvenirs.
